You have probably downloaded the program source code accidentally. I've extracted the program's zip file, where is the exe? NVIDIA GeForce Experience ShadowPlay (see here). Try reinstalling / updating your graphics card driver. Have you extracted all the files? Don't start HDT from a zipped folder. Do you have Windows Vista or higher and. HDT is not starting / crashing at start up. any app that duplicates what you can do with a pencil and paper already is fine. Installed plugins don't show up in the list.
